Integrative Telepsychiatry and Consulting in Massachusetts
Your journey towards
your optimal mental health
starts here.
Mission
At Mace Behavioral Health, my focus is convenient care that doesn’t compromise quality. My integrative model is inclusive, empathetic, trauma-informed, and culturally competent.
I help adolescents, college students, and professionals struggling with mood swings, severe depression, trauma, poor concentration, and insomnia feel emotionally balanced, in-control, connected, present, and safe. I partner together with my patients to do this by integrating nutrition, supplementation, exercise, therapy, and medication management.
I also specialize in consulting for individuals seeking a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for diagnostic second-opinions, academic accommodations, disability evaluations, and clearance for medical procedures.
I offer gender-affirming, sex-positive, and inclusive care to those of the LGBTQ+ community.
My Services

I use a 90-minute intake appointment to learn about you and develop a holistic treatment plan.
-
If indicated, I'll prescribe psychiatric medications and complementary alternative medications to help your mental health symptoms.
-
I provide psychotherapy during 50-minute appointments. The interventions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I believe every individual is entitled to the time and space to communicate their experiences and situation. My appointment times are 120-minutes for a consult, 90-minutes for an intake, and either 50-minutes or 25-minutes for a follow-up.
-
Every person is treated as the unique individual they are. I don't use cookie-cutter approaches. My mental health treatment planning incorporates your perspectives and goals.
